The Art of Physical Fitness

Skill and imagination equals art.   Joseph Hubertus Pilates invented and promoted  the Pilates method of physical fitness.   Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hip and back.  Proof is in the gluteus maxmus (buttocks) and rectus abdominis (abs).  Standing tall is Joe Pilates at age 57 and 82. “A man is as young as his spinal column.”,  “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”  Wiki Joe Piliates for more information.  In Northern California I recommend The Pad Studio.  Two locations:  San Francisco and  Greenbrae, (Marin County). “I’ve taken classes in SF and they are excellent” – G.M.
